1. Service and eligibility

3SecPick helps adult users meet for dating and travel friendship and communicate across languages. The service is designed primarily around connections between Korean men and women from other countries; however, every user must respect others regardless of gender, nationality, language, or cultural background. Users must be at least 19 years old by Korean year-age (based on birth year) and provide accurate information.

We collect a private birth year for age verification; it is not displayed to other users. Users must be at least 19 years old by Korean year-age (based on birth year).

2. Account and user responsibility

• One person may use one authentic account in principle.
• Keep sign-in credentials and device access secure and report suspected unauthorized use promptly.
• You are responsible for your profile, photos/videos, messages, and conduct.

3. Prohibited conduct

• Any sexual content/contact involving minors, sexual exploitation, trafficking, or illegal conduct
• Impersonation, fraud, requests for money/investment/crypto, spam/ads, or malicious links
• Hate, harassment, threats, non-consensual sexual content, or unauthorized collection/disclosure of personal data
• Rights infringement, security circumvention, or abusive automated use

4. VIP, free trial and consumables

The stated 3SecPick VIP price is KRW 9,900 per month, with a proposed 7-day free trial. Trial eligibility, repeat trials, payment-method requirements, conversion timing, automatic renewal and its cycle, cancellation deadline and tax inclusion follow the terms shown on the purchase screen and in the store. This is not a guarantee that everyone qualifies or that no automatic charge occurs.

Where Google Play billing/subscriptions are used, manage the subscription in that store. Review the purchase screen for price, post-trial charges, renewal and cancellation terms before buying. Refunds and withdrawal rights are processed under applicable law and store policies.

If conditional female VIP benefits are offered, eligibility, review, required photos/videos, benefit duration, extension and revocation terms follow what is stated in the app. These Terms do not promise a photo count, free-benefit duration or automatic extension.

5. Translation

Chat translation is an AI-assisted feature. Errors or omissions may occur because of context, slang, cultural expressions, or technical limits. Do not rely solely on a translation for important decisions or emergencies.

6. Operator action

Following reports, automated signals, or review, we may remove content, restrict features, warn, or suspend accounts temporarily or permanently. Serious safety risks or repeated violations may be acted on without prior warning.

7. Governing law and disputes

The operator is APP FACTORY CO., LTD. Disputes are resolved to the extent permitted by applicable law.
