Rules for respectful, safer connections.

Users must be at least 19 years old by Korean year-age (based on birth year).

1. Prohibited content and conduct

• Sexual content or contact involving minors, sexual exploitation, trafficking, or illegal conduct
• Fraud, requests for money/investment/crypto, commercial ads/spam, or phishing
• Discrimination, hate, insults, threats, stalking, or harassment
• Non-consensual sexual imagery, impersonation, or disclosure of personal data
• Content encouraging self-harm, violence, or immediate danger

2. Photo and video rules

These rules also apply to 3-second and 10-second videos. VIP status or a paid purchase does not exempt anyone from safety rules.

Use media that accurately represents your current self. Repeatedly uploading unrecognizable images, or using another person’s, celebrity’s, or minor’s image, explicit sexual content, violent/hateful images, or illegal promotions is not allowed. Photos and videos may undergo automated and human review.

3. Reporting

You may report profiles, photos, videos, and messages using the in-app report function. Include the relevant content and context when possible. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

4. Enforcement

We may remove content, restrict features, warn, suspend temporarily, or ban permanently based on severity, repetition, and risk. Serious matters such as child safety, sexual exploitation, fraud, impersonation, or violent threats may result in immediate suspension without warning.

5. Appeals

To appeal, email contact@appfactory.vn with account-identifying information, the action date, and your reason. Submitted appeals are reviewed.
