1. 이용 연령
3SecPick은 만 18세 이상(한국 연 나이 19세 이상) 성인만 이용할 수 있으며, 미성년자 계정은 확인 즉시 삭제합니다.
2. 금지 행위
아동 성적 학대·착취(CSAE) 관련 모든 콘텐츠·행위를 전면 금지합니다. 여기에는 아동 성적 묘사, 미성년자 유인·그루밍, 성적 목적의 미성년자 접근, 관련 자료 공유가 포함됩니다. 위반 시 계정을 영구 정지합니다.
3. 신고
앱 안의 프로필·채팅 신고 기능(⋯ 메뉴 → 신고) 및 이메일 contact@appfactory.vn으로 신고할 수 있습니다.
4. 조치
아동 성착취물(CSAM)을 인지하면 즉시 삭제하고 계정을 정지하며, 관할 법령에 따라 수사기관 및 관련 기관(미국 NCMEC 등)에 신고합니다.
5. 법 준수
서비스 제공 국가의 아동 보호 관련 법령을 준수합니다.

3SecPick Child Safety Standards

1. Age eligibility
3SecPick is available only to adults aged 18 or older (19 or older by Korean year-age). Accounts belonging to minors are deleted immediately upon confirmation.
2. Prohibited conduct
All content and conduct involving child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) are strictly prohibited. This includes sexual depictions of children, enticing or grooming minors, approaching minors for sexual purposes, and sharing related material. Violations result in permanent account suspension.
3. Reporting
Reports can be submitted through the in-app profile and chat reporting features (⋯ menu → Report) or by email to contact@appfactory.vn.
4. Enforcement
Upon becoming aware of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), we immediately remove it and suspend the account. We report it to law enforcement and relevant organizations (such as NCMEC in the United States) in accordance with applicable laws.
5. Legal compliance
We comply with child protection laws in the countries where the service is provided.
