계정 삭제

3SecPick은 연 나이 19세 이상(출생연도 기준)만 이용할 수 있습니다.

계정을 삭제하면 프로필과 서비스 접근 권한을 잃게 됩니다. 삭제 전 필요한 정보는 별도로 보관하세요.

1. 앱에서 삭제하기

앱에서 아래 순서로 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.

홈 화면 왼쪽 위 ☰ 메뉴 → '앱·계정'의 '계정' → '계정 삭제' → '내 계정 삭제' → 안내 확인 후 '계속' → 마지막 화면에서 '내 계정 삭제'

확인 화면에서 삭제 범위와 보존 예외를 확인하고, 본인 계정으로 요청을 완료합니다.

2. 웹 요청

앱에 접근할 수 없으면 contact@appfactory.vn으로 “3SecPick 계정 삭제 요청”이라는 제목으로 보내세요. 계정 식별을 위한 최소 정보와 본인 확인이 필요할 수 있습니다.

3. 처리 기한과 범위

유효한 요청은 접수·확인 후 30일 이내에 처리합니다. 법령·분쟁 대응·부정 이용 방지에 필요한 경우 일부 정보를 더 보관할 수 있습니다.

4. 삭제 후

계정 삭제 범위에는 Cloudflare R2에 저장된 해당 계정의 3초·10초 동영상 삭제가 포함됩니다. 업로드 원본, 처리된 사본·파생 파일 및 전송 캐시도 함께 처리합니다. 법령·분쟁 대응·부정 이용 방지에 필요한 경우 일부 정보를 더 보관할 수 있으며, 이를 동영상의 무기한 보관 근거로 삼지 않습니다.

삭제가 완료되면 계정, 프로필 및 통상적인 서비스 데이터는 삭제 또는 비식별화됩니다. 결제는 Google Play에서 별도로 관리되므로, 활성 구독은 Google Play에서도 해지해야 합니다.

Delete Your Account

Users must be at least 19 years old by Korean year-age (based on birth year).

Deleting your account removes access to your profile and the service. Save any information you need first.

1. Delete in the app

You can delete your account in the app as follows.

Home ☰ menu → 'Account' under 'App & Account' → 'Delete account' → 'Delete my account' → review the notice and tap 'Continue' → tap 'Delete my account' on the final screen

Review the deletion scope and retention exceptions, then complete the request from your own account.

2. Web request

If you cannot access the app, email contact@appfactory.vn with the subject “3SecPick account deletion request.” Minimum account-identifying information and verification may be required.

3. Timing and scope

We process a valid, verified request within 30 days. Some information may be retained longer when needed for legal compliance, dispute handling, or preventing misuse.

4. After deletion

Account deletion includes deletion of that account’s 3-second and 10-second videos stored in Cloudflare R2. Uploaded originals, processed copies, derived files and delivery caches are handled together. Some information may be retained when needed for legal compliance, dispute handling, or preventing misuse; that is not a basis for indefinite video retention.

When deletion is completed, account, profile, and ordinary service data are deleted or de-identified. Payments are managed separately by Google Play, so cancel any active subscription there as well.
