3. 보유 및 삭제
계정 삭제 범위에는 Cloudflare R2에 저장된 해당 계정의 3초·10초 동영상 삭제가 포함됩니다. 업로드 원본, 처리된 사본·파생 파일 및 전송 캐시도 함께 처리합니다. 법령·분쟁 대응·부정 이용 방지에 필요한 경우 일부 정보를 더 보관할 수 있으며, 이를 동영상의 무기한 보관 근거로 삼지 않습니다.
정보는 서비스 제공에 필요한 기간 동안 보유하며, 계정 삭제 요청 시 원칙적으로 삭제 또는 비식별화합니다. 법령·분쟁 대응·부정 이용 방지에 필요한 경우 일부 정보를 더 보관할 수 있습니다. 번역 캐시는 서비스 운영에 필요한 최소 기간 후 삭제 또는 비식별화합니다.
4. 이용자 권리와 삭제 방법
이용자는 앱에서 정보 열람·정정·삭제를 요청할 수 있으며, 계정 삭제는 계정 삭제 안내를 따릅니다. 앱 이용이 어려우면 contact@appfactory.vn으로 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청자 확인이 필요할 수 있습니다.
5. 아동 보호
3SecPick은 연 나이 19세 이상(출생연도 기준)만 이용할 수 있으며, 그 미만의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 연 나이 19세 미만 계정 또는 정보가 확인되면 접근을 제한하고 법령 및 안전 절차에 따라 삭제·보호 조치를 취합니다.

Processing may involve international transfers required to provide the service. The processors above handle information only as needed to operate the service.
3. Retention and deletion
Account deletion includes deletion of that account’s 3-second and 10-second videos stored in Cloudflare R2. Uploaded originals, processed copies, derived files and delivery caches are handled together. Some information may be retained when needed for legal compliance, dispute handling, or preventing misuse; that is not a basis for indefinite video retention.
We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service and delete or de-identify it after an account-deletion request in principle. 4. Your rights and deletion
You may request access, correction, or deletion in the app. Follow the account deletion guide to delete an account. If you cannot use the app, email contact@appfactory.vn; identity verification may be required.
5. Children
Users must be at least 19 years old by Korean year-age (based on birth year). We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone younger. If we identify an account or data below that age, we restrict access and take deletion/protection measures under applicable law and safety procedures.
